Peter and Charlott

When I asked Peter and Charlott three words to describe their wedding day Charlott replied "Rustic, Romantic and Rustic". Their whole wedding day, from getting ready to their "I Do's" and until the last dance sent them off, was held at the beautiful Lightfoot Restaurant in Leesburg, VA. Thru and thru these themes were ever present from the bride's laced covered dress to the low light of the venue. What a magical venue to host such a special event.

We met this couple a year ago when shooting Charlott's daughter's wedding. It was so much fun seeing a lot of the same guests from their wedding again. This group of friends and family were lively, fun and loving, a perfect representation of how wonderful this couple really is. Congratulations to Peter and Charlott you two really are each other's better half!

Ghen and Natasha

Ghen and Natasha have been together sense high school. These two could not be more perfect for each other! They both are the kindest and most loving people I know. I was so glad that the downpour  from the night before did not stick around giving them a beautiful day (I am a sucker for clouds)!

Ghen was a member of the University of Wisconsin Marching Band Tuba section and many of his fellow members were helping them celebrate. If you have every been to a wedding of a band member you are in for a party with a few surprises thrown in. Ghen and Natasha did not disappoint from their singing of "Love is an Open Door" (they both have amazing voices!), the Tuba Tunes surprise, the Tuba tradition of singing at the end of the night, and the good wishes lanterns.

The day could not have been more perfect for this couple from the beginning until the very end. So happy to have been a part of this amazing day.
